Tanzanite One Limited24 June 2005 Tanzanite One Limited ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has been made for 224,698 new common shares of US$ 0.0003 each to beadmitted to trading on the AIM Market of London Stock Exchange plc. These sharesare being issued as follows: - 28,101 common shares pursuant to the exercise of options by employees of the Company; - 66,667 common shares for nil consideration in respect of professional services rendered to a subsidiary of the Group; and - 129,930 common shares for nil consideration in respect of fees to professional advisers for services rendered at the time of the admission of the Company to AIM. The new common shares will rank pari passu with existing common shares anddealings are expected to commence in the new common shares at 8.00 a.m. on 30June 2005.
