("Rockwood Strategic" or the "Company")

Total Voting Rights and Block Listing Application

Further to the announcement on 10 October 2023 regarding the Company's Share Sub-division and in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 11 October 2023, the total number of ordinary shares of 5 pence of the Company with voting rights is 26,879,090.

The above figure, 26,879,090, may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

361,345 ordinary shares remain available for issue under the Company's current block listing facility. Upon the amendment of the block listing facility pursuant to the Share Sub-division, there will be 3,613,450 ordinary shares available for issue pursuant to the facility. To that end, application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission of 3,252,105 ordinary shares (the "Block Listing Shares", being the difference between 3,613,450 shares and 361,345 shares) pursuant to the Company's block listing facility and it is expected that admission of the Block Listing Shares will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 13 October 2023.
