NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMR")
Grant of awards under the River and Mercantile Group PLC Deferred Equity Plan (the "DEP").
The Company announces that on 2 October 2018 Sean Breslin, Group General Counsel and Head of Compliance, Chris Rutt, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, and Frances Fahey, Group Chief Operating Officer, were granted conditional awards of River and Mercantile Group PLC Ordinary Shares under the River and Mercantile Group PLC DEP.
The number of shares was calculated using a market price of 322.29p per share, being the five-day Volume Weighted Average Price for the period 24 September 2018 to 28 September 2018.
