NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMR") AND OF PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED ("PCAs")

 

The Company announces that Mr James Barham, Group Chief Executive of the Company, bought 12,900 ordinary shares of 0.003 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 152.44 pence each on 8 October 2020.

 

Formal notification in respect of the PDMR is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.

 

Following the above PDMR transaction, Mr Barham, together with his PCA Lulu Barham, holds 1,611,473 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.88% of the total shareholding in the Company.
