In accordance with Listing Rule 12.4.6, the Company announces that on 26 February 2024 it purchased for cancellation 9,515 Ordinary Shares of £0.25 each.

The prices paid were as follows:

Following the above transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 5,483,752. There are no shares held in treasury.
