In accordance with Listing Rule 12.4.6, the Company announces that on 20 February 2024 it purchased for cancellation 5,371 Ordinary Shares of £0.25 each.

Following the above transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 5,493,267. There are no shares held in treasury.
