Bonus issue of shares and warrant issue by PUC Founder (MSC) Berhad

Further to the announcements released by the Company on 10 July 2014 and 15 August 2014, the board of RHM notes the recent announcements made by PUC Founder (MSC) Berhad ("PUCF") confirming, inter alia, the listing of and quotation on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities of 132,791,321 warrants pursuant to the warrant issue (the "PUCF Warrant Issue") and 132,791,321 new PUCF shares pursuant to the bonus issue of PUCF shares (the "PUCF Bonus Issue"). The conditions set out by Bursa Securities in relation to the PUCF Warrant Issue and the PUCF Bonus Issue, as detailed in the announcement released by RHM on 15 August 2014, have now been satisfied in full and as a result both the PUCF Warrant Issue and the PUCF Bonus Issue have completed.

Following completion of the PUCF Bonus Issue and the PUCF Warrant Issue RHM holds 585,966,978 shares in PUCF representing 55.16 per cent of PUCF's current issued share capital and 73,247,296 warrants to subscribe for new PUCF shares. Details on the terms of the warrants were contained in the announcements released by both PUCF and RHM on 10 July 2014.
