The dividend rate was quoted as 0.0075 cents instead of $0.0075 and an additional paragraph has been added providing clarity on the dividend.

Dividend Announcement

The Company is pleased to announce that the board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.0075 per Share.

The dividend will be paid on Thursday 10 June 2021 to Shareholders of record on Friday 4 June 2021. The ex-dividend date is Thursday 3 June 2021.

This is the Company's first dividend and does not include royalty income from the recent acquisition of the 29.14% in RH Carlin Holdings LLC. The Company continues to anticipate paying to Shareholders the stated annualised dividend of 4.5 per cent. for the financial period to 31 December 2021.
