Booth Industries Group PLC06 March 2006 BOOTH INDUSTRIES GROUP PLC ("the Company") DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDINGS The Company was notified on 3 March 2006 that, on that date, Chris Lewis-Jones,the Finance Director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 25peach in the Company at a price of 45p per share. Mr Lewis-Jones is nowinterested in 10,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.07 per cent. of the issuedshare capital of that class. The Company was also notified on 3 March 2006 that, on that date, Simon Foster,the Corporate Development Director of the Company, bought 50,000 ordinary sharesof 25p each in the Company at a price of 45p per share. Mr Foster is nowinterested in a total of 50,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.37 per cent. ofthe issued share capital of that class.
