Update on capital reduction
Further to the Company's recent announcement of 19 March 2020, RGO is pleased to report that at the final Court hearing which took place yesterday, the capital reduction was confirmed by the Court.
The Company expects to receive the sealed Court Order shortly and upon receipt this will be filed at Companies House. The capital reduction will be effective upon the Registrar of Companies certifying registration of the Order and we will update the market when Companies House confirms certification.
