("RGO" or the "Company")
Director/PDMR Shareholding
RiverFort Global Opportunities plc (AIM: RGO), has today been notified by Philip Haydn-Slater, Non-Executive Chairman, that on 18 July 2022, he sold from his pension fund and then re-purchased in his own name 20,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Ordinary Shares were sold at 0.85 pence per Ordinary Share and re-purchased at a price of 0.86 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Sale and Re-Purchase").
As a result of the Sale and Re-Purchase, Mr Haydn-Slater's beneficial interest in RGO remains unchanged at 20,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 2.58% of the Company's issued share capital.
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulations, provides further detail in respect of the transaction as described above.
