Investment in Oracle Coalfields PLC

Further to the Company's announcement of 12 November 2010, Regency Mines is pleased to announce that the subscription by Regency for 18,500,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in Oracle Coalfields PLC ("Oracle") at a price of 5.5 pence per share has now been completed.
As a result, and following purchases in the market, Regency is now interested in a total of 20,750,000 ordinary shares in Oracle, representing 11.26 per cent of Oracle's issued share capital.
