The Company has been notified that Andrew Bell, Chairman, sold 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 6 July 2011 at a price of 3.65 pence per share.
Following the sale, Mr Bell remains directly interested in 1,600,002 Ordinary Shares and indirectly in a further 39,994,280 Ordinary Shares, respectively representing approximately 0.26 per cent. and 6.54 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
This disposal by Mr. Bell, together with that announced on 29 June 2011, was undertaken principally to meet personal obligations arising from the exercise of options in the ordinary shares and Mr. Bell retains 1,500,000 of the ordinary shares he acquired through an exercise of options announced on 6 May 2011.
