The Real Good Food Company plc (AIM: RGD)(the "Company")
Exercise of Options
The Company announces that it has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of 258,503 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to satisfy the exercise of options over Ordinary Shares by a former employee of the Company. The new Ordinary Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 12 November 2015.
Following the allotment of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company's total issued and voting share capital comprises 69,996,903 Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, securities of the Company.
