Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 16 June 2023 in respect of an issue by BT of £700,000,000 NC5.5 Capital Securities due December 2083 (the "Notes").

The Notes are to be issued under the €20,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by BT.

The Final Terms in respect of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 9 June 2023, including all documents incorporated by reference (together, the "Prospectus"), which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of United Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended, in order to obtain all the relevant information.
