Additional Listing of Shares 

A blocklisting application has been made for 333,400 Ordinary Shares of80 5/14 pence each to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. When issued the shares will be fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

These shares will be issued pursuant to the allotment of shares through the Company's share option schemes:
