PRELIMINARY RESULTS NOTIFICATION

ReNeuron Group plc (AIM: RENE.L), a leading UK-based stem cell company, today announces that it will report its preliminary results for the 12 months ended 31 March 2010 on Tuesday 29 June 2010.
Michael Hunt, Chief Executive Officer, and Dr. John Sinden, Chief Scientific Officer, will host a briefing for analysts at 10:00am (BST) on the day at the offices of Buchanan Communications, 45 Moorfields, London, EC2Y 9AE.
