Block listing application

Guildford, UK, 13 May 2010: ReNeuron Group plc ("Company") (LSE: RENE.L) today announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for a block listing totaling 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Shares"). These Shares shall be allotted from time to time pursuant to the vesting of awards under the Company's Share Option Schemes and share-based payments falling due to third parties under pre-existing agreements. These shares shall rank equally with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares.
