Camco International Limited (AIM: CAO), global developer of emission reductions and clean energy projects, announces that, as at 28 February 2011, the Company has a total of 188,783,093 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 188,783,093.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
