Transaction in own shares

Queen's Walk Investment Limited announces that today it purchased through JPMorgan Cazenove 10,000 ordinary shares at an average price of €4.47 per share. The highest price and lowest price paid for these shares were €4.47 and €4.47 respectively. The purchased shares will all be cancelled.

Following the above purchase, the Company has a total of 30,122,898 ordinary shares in issue. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented 0.033% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchases.
