Publication of a Supplementary Prospectus

Real Estate Credit Investments Limited ("RECI" or the "Company") has today published a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus"), which is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the prospectus published by the Company on 21 February 2020 (the "Prospectus") in relation to its placing programme for New Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company (the "Placing Programme").

The publication of the Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Regulation following the publication of the Company's audited financial statements for the twelve month period ended 31 March 2020, which are incorporated by reference into the Supplementary Prospectus.

A copy of the Supplementary Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and on the Company's website at http://www.recreditinvest.com. A copy of the Supplementary Prospectus can also be viewed at the Company's registered office at East Wing, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3PP.
