Real Estate Credit Investments Limited (the "Company" or "RECI"), a non-cellular company incorporated in Guernsey, is pleased to announce that its Investment Manager's monthly Fact Sheet as at 30 April 2025 is now available on the Company's website at:

As at 30 April 2025, the Company was invested in a diversified portfolio of 22 investments with a valuation of £297.9m. The Company's available cash was £25.1m and net effective leverage was 18%.
During the month, RECI invested £3.2m (gross) in senior secured floating notes issued by a UK housebuilder.
Additionally, the Company bought back 200,0000 shares at 120.0p per share.
