TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

The Company's issued share capital consists of 199,054,325 Ordinary Shares of 0.025 pence each, of which no shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in Record is 199,054,325 shares.

The above figure of 199,054,325 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Record under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
