The Company announces, in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1) that Neil Peter Record, a director of the Company, transferred a non-beneficial interest of 190,332 Ordinary Shares held as trustee to the beneficial owner on 26 September 2013. Mr Record's holding following this transfer is 70,980,711 shares. The Company was notified of this transfer today.
