Verdes Management plc (formerly X-Phonics PLC), the specialist turnaround services provider is pleased to confirm the appointment of Eddie Edmonstone and Janet Rubin as additional non-executive directors with immediate effect.

Mr Edmonstone is an experienced stockbroker and financial advisor and was employed at a number of companies including Peel Hunt and Company, where he was head of UK smaller companies; Credit Lyonnais/Granville Baird; Durlacher Limited, where he was head of Institutional & Corporate Broking and Finn Cap/JM Finn where he was head of Corporate Broking until leaving in January 2010 to join Amati Global Investors.

Janet Rubin has held a variety of senior and director roles in HR including B&Q, WH Smith and The Littlewoods Organization. She has had a number of consulting roles, including at the Legal Services Commission and since February 2009 she has been the interim HR director at Oxfordshire Primary Care Trust.
