Annual Report and Accounts 2015 and Notice of 2016 Annual General Meeting
Following the announcement on 12 April 2016 of its Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2015, Ranger Direct Lending Fund Plc (the "Company") announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts 2015.
The Company also announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting at 3.30 pm on Tuesday 24 May 2016 at Travers Smith LLP, London, EC1A 2AL.
Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2015 and the Notice of the 2016 Annual General Meeting are available to view on the Company's website at http://rangerdirectlending.com. They have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/NSM.
Copies of those documents, together with a form of proxy for use in connection with the 2016 Annual General Meeting, are being posted or made available to the Company's shareholders today.
