NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the UKLA, Stephen Oakenfull, the Deputy CEO and Director of Redefine International, informed the Company on 16 June 2015 that he had transferred his entire shareholding of 573,536 ordinary shares of 8 pence each in Redefine International to his wife, Andrea Oakenfull, for nil consideration.

The shareholding equates to 0.04 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
