DIRECTORATE CHANGE
Redefine International announces that, following its conversion to UK-REIT status, Stewart Shaw Taylor has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect.
As set out in the prospectus dated 6 November 2013, the Company is seeking to enhance its senior management and Board in line with its new status as an internally managed mid-market UK-REIT, and further announcements will be made in due course.

Redefine International has a primary listing on the London Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the JSE.
