Changes to the Board

RDI, the income focused UK Real Estate Investment Trust ("UK-REIT"), announces the resignation of Pieter Prinsloo, and his alternate Andrew Konig, as Directors of the Board with immediate effect. This follows the sale by Redefine Properties Limited of its 29.42% shareholding in RDI on 10 July 2020.

The Nominations Committee is currently considering replacement director(s) and an announcement will be made in due course.
