Galahad Gold Plc10 March 2005 10th March Galahad Gold plc ("Galahad Gold" or the "Company") Holding in Company Galahad Gold was notified yesterday that the RIT Capital Partners plc hold anotifiable interest in 33,333,334 ordinary shares of 1p each, representing 4.91%of the 678,637,967 million shares of that class in issue. In addition, thiscompany holds 16,666,667 warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares of 1p each,exercisable between 9 March 2005 and 9 March 2007 ("warrants"). Such interestarose as part of a Placing of ordinary shares of 1p each and warrants on 2 March2005. Both holdings are registered in the name of RIT Capital Partners plc. Galahad has made an application for admission to trading on AIM of the33,333,334 Placing Shares and admission to AIM is expected to take place on 11March 2005.
