Composition of Conflicts Committee
Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11R, RIT Capital Partners plc announces that Philippe Costeletos, a Non-Executive Director, will be appointed as Chair of the Conflicts Committee on 22 July 2019.
The Board will continue to determine further changes as a consequence of the new 2018 UK Corporate Governance Code.
