Redcentric plc ("Redcentric" or the "Company")
Issue of Options
Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN), today announces that on 28 December 2016 it granted the following options to acquire new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company under the Company's 2016 Long Term Incentive Plan ("Options"):
Peter Brotherton, Chief Financial Officer: 161,905 Options at nil-cost subject to performance conditions*.
Mo Siddiqi, Chief Operating Officer: 257,143 Options at nil-cost subject to performance conditions*, 250,000 Options at an exercise price of 84 pence subject to performance conditions** and 250,000 Options at an exercise price of 84 pence with no performance conditions***.
* Performance conditions based on compound annual growth in diluted earnings per share from the financial period ending 31 March 2016 to 31 March 2019.
** Performance conditions based on compound annual growth in diluted earnings per share from the financial period ended 31 March 2016 to 31 March 2018.
*** These Options are not subject to performance conditions and are capable of vesting from 1 October 2017.
Peter Brotherton and Mo Siddiqi currently hold no shares in the Company.
