Issue of Options
Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN) announces that on 26 November 2018, as part of an annual award under the Company's 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan, it granted 298,879 options to acquire new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("LTIP Options") to Peter Brotherton (Chief Financial Officer/Interim Chief Executive Officer). The LTIP Options are subject continued employment and the meeting of certain performance conditions.
As a result, Peter Brotherton holds 681,836 share options in the Company. Mr Brotherton also holds 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
Following the announcement by the Company on 22 November 2018 that Chris Jagusz had given notice of his resignation as Chief Executive Officer, the Company confirms that the 349,800 share options previously granted to Chris Jagusz lapsed upon him leaving the business.
The notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
