Director/PDMR Shareholding
Grant of options under the Reach Savings-Related Share Option Scheme ("Sharesave Scheme")
Reach plc is pleased to announce that it has launched the 2021 Sharesave Scheme for all eligible employees. Eligible employees were invited to subscribe for options ("Options") over the Company's ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") which have been granted at an exercise price of £2.46 per Share in accordance with the terms of the Sharesave Scheme. The Options were issued on 14 July 2021 and will normally be exercisable from 1 September 2024 for six months.
858 employees have elected to participate in the 2021 Sharesave Scheme and as a result Options over a total of 1,500,736 Shares have been granted in respect of the 2021 Sharesave Scheme.
The following Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") have chosen to participate in the 2021 Sharesave Scheme:
