1. 2011 Deferred Bonus Plan - Award granted in 2013 with a 2 year deferral period
The Company announces that on 16 October 2015, a total of 1,168 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares") vested in favour of Gary Tan, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, under the terms of the Company's 2011 Deferred Bonus Plan. This award (which included dividend entitlements) was granted on 16 October 2013. It vested following the end of a two year Deferral Period and was not subject to performance conditions.
The remaining award granted to Mr Tan on 16 October 2013 is expected to vest in 2016 at the end of a three-year Deferral Period.
Following the vesting, Mr Tan sold all of the above 1,168 Shares at a price of £8.97 per Share on 16 October 2015

Following the above notifications, Mr Tan does not hold any Shares.
The above notifications are intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule ("DTR") 3.1.4R.
