Award of Dividend Shares under the Ricardo PLC Share Incentive Plan (the "SIP")
Ricardo PLC (the "Company") announces that, on 15 April 2025, it received notification from the trustee (the "Trustee") of the Company's SIP that on 11 April 2025 it awarded an aggregate of 15 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of £2.279 per Share to the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs"):

These awards related to the "Dividend Share" element of the SIP and reflect the automatic reinvestment in further Shares of dividends received in respect of the relevant individuals' SIP shareholdings.
Purchase of Shares
The Company also announces that, on 11 April 2025, Graham Ritchie, a Director and PDMR, purchased 491 Shares in the market at a price of £2.29 per Share. This transaction was as a result of an automatic reinvestment of dividends.
