1. 2021 Deferred Bonus Plan - grant of award
Ricardo PLC (the "Company") announces that, on 11 November 2021, a conditional award over a total of 3,695 shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares") was granted to Ian Gibson, the Chief Financial Officer, as set out below under the terms of the Company's 2021 Deferred Bonus Plan. Subject to continuing employment, this award (including dividend equivalent entitlements) will vest after three years and is not subject to performance conditions.
2. Current total holdings of awards/options over shares
Following the above notification, Ian Gibson current holds outstanding awards / options over a total of 280,281 Shares which represents approximately 0.45% of the Company's issued share capital.
