Ricardo PLC (the "Company") announces that on 30 June 2016, it received notification that on 30 June 2016 Malin Persson, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 1,500 ordinary shares of 25 pence in the Company ("Shares") at a price of £7.642357 per Share.

Following the above transaction, the total beneficial holding of shares of Malin Person is 1,500 Shares, representing approximately 0.003% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The above notifications are intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule ("DTR") 3.1.4R.
