Ricardo PLC (the "Company") announces that it has received notification that Markus Doerr, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, sold 22,778 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares") today at a price of £8.42 per Share.

Following the above transaction, the total beneficial holding of Shares of Markus Doerr is 13,447 Shares, representing approximately 0.03% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The above notifications are intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule ("DTR") 3.1.4R.
