Robinson PLC30 January 2007 For Immediate Release 30 January 2006 Robinson plc APPOINTMENT OF GROUP CHIEF EXECUTIVE AND BOARD CHANGES Robinson plc ("Robinson" or "the Company"; stock code: RBN), the custommanufacturer of paperboard and plastic packaging, announces the appointment ofAdam Formela as Group Chief Executive with effect from 1 February 2007. Adam,(aged 46), started his career with Black & Decker rising to the rank of EuropeanDirector of Sales & Marketing before moving into general management withElectrolux and then Kenwood Appliances. He then moved to GRP Ltd, a Singaporelisted company as Group Chief Executive, before returning to Europe to work withAcco Brands Corporation as vice president of operations, business developmentand sales & marketing before becoming President of the Document Communicationdivision. The Company also announces that Jon Marx will relinquish his role as Group ChiefExecutive with effect from that date but will remain an executive director ofthe Company until his normal retirement date in June 2007, when he will retirefrom the Board. Commenting on these management changes, Richard Clothier, Robinson's Chairman,said: "We are delighted to welcome Adam to Robinson's Board. His international salesand marketing expertise will prove invaluable in driving the business forwardand we wish him well in his new role. "I should like to thank Jon Marx for the substantial contribution he has made tothe Company during the past 4 years. He has begun several changes to thestructure and direction of the Group and leaves a more efficient base for hissuccessor to build on. Jon will be working closely with Adam over the next 5months to ensure an effective transition." Adam is a director of NEW Energy Company Ltd (Ireland) involved in solar energyproducts and a director of a now dormant consultancy company (A.J.F.'s BigCompany Ltd).
