Board Changes
Rosenblatt Group plc, an independent City law firm today announces two changes to its Board. Patrick Firebrace, Finance Director, is stepping down for personal reasons and will leave the Company on 31 August 2018. The Group has appointed an experienced interim Finance Director, Robert Parker, until a permanent replacement is named. Mr Parker will not be a board member. Furthermore, the Company is pleased to announce that Victoria Hull will join the Board as a non-Executive Director on 3 September 2018.
Robert has over 20 years' experience with international businesses and has worked extensively with public funds, private equity and venture capital investors. His recent roles include interim CFO at Newlyn PLC, Tantalum Corp, CLA Limited, as well as permanent roles at Ubisense PLC and Immedia Broadcasting plc.
Victoria is a highly experienced director and has led an extensive legal career. Victoria is currently a non-executive director of Ultra Electronics plc, and is a former Executive Director and General Counsel of Invensys plc and Telewest Communications plc.

She brings a detailed understanding of the legal sector, and considerable commercial insight and plc board experience. We are also in the process of appointing an additional non-Executive Director.

Victoria Hull, Independent Non-Executive Director
Victoria (aged 56) is an experienced board member with direct experience working internationally across multiple industries and sectors. Victoria is a former Executive Director, General Counsel, and Company Secretary of both Invensys plc (2001 to 2014) and Telewest Communications plc (1994 - 2001). She has had an extensive legal career which commenced at Clifford Chance LLP in 1986. Victoria is currently a non-Executive Director of Ultra Electronics PLC.
