Board Appointments

The Board of Rensburg Sheppards ('the Board') is pleased to announce the appointments of Isla Smith and Robert Lister as Non-Executive Directors with effect from 4 November 2008.
Following qualification as a solicitor, Isla Smith joined Norton Rose where she worked for 24 years (including 19 years as a partner), rising to the position of Global Head of Tax. During this time she served as a member of the firm's management board for seven years. Isla left Norton Rose in 2004 to pursue a non-executive career. To date her non-executive roles have been in both commercial and charitable organisations. These include positions at Airplanes Group and until recently Abbot Group plc. In 2007 Isla was appointed Chair of the Breast Cancer Campaign.
Robert Lister began his career in 1983 at Barclays de Zoete Wedd where over a 15 year period he became an Extel rated analyst and held senior positions including Global Head of Sales and Global Head of European Equities. In 1998 Robert joined Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, where by 2005 he was Co-Head of Global Equities. He left Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in 2006 and enrolled on a Masters programme at London University.

Rensburg Sheppards confirms that there is no other information to be disclosed under the requirements of listing rule 9.6.13 in relation to these appointments.
