"Appointment of non-executive director"

Adventis Group plc, the AIM quoted multimedia marketing services and advertising agency, is pleased to announce the appointment of Aubrey Adams as a non-executive director with effect from December 1 2008.

Aubrey John Adams, aged 59, qualified as an FCA with Price Waterhouse and was Chief Executive of Savills plc from 1991 to 2008. He is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Air Partner PLC and a Non-Executive Director of The British Land Company PLC and Unitech Corporate Parks PLC.

Commenting on his appointment Charles Phillpot, Chief Executive of Adventis, said:

"We are delighted to have Aubrey joining the Board. He has a wealth of experience in managing people businesses and was one of the main architects in turning Savills into a FTSE250 company with a global brand. Under his leadership revenues grew from £24m in 1992 to over £650m in 2007 and in the same period a loss of £2m was transformed into a profit of £86m.

We believe he will make a significant contribution to the future development and expansion of the Company."

Mr Adams is currently also a Non-executive Director of Pinnacle Regeneration Group plc and a trustee of the Wigmore Hall. During the past 5 years, he has also been a Non-executive Director of Associated British Ports Holdings plc and a Governor of Shiplake College.  Aubrey Adams holds 175,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the capital of the Company, representing approximately 0.4 per cent. of Adventis' issued share capital.

There are no other matters required to be reported pursuant to Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
