RECKITT BENCKISER GROUP PLC

 DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interests of a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

On 12 February 2015, funds under the Reckitt Benckiser, Inc. Deferred Compensation Plan were reinvested as 625 additional Shares for the benefit of Amedeo Fasano, EVP, Supply. These additional Shares were purchased at US$87.68 per Share and are held in a nominee account.

Following the transaction, Amedeo Fasano's shareholding has increased to 177,638 Shares, representing 0.0247% of the Company's issued share capital. Treasury shares have not been taken into account when calculating this percentage.
