DIRECTORATE CHANGE
As previously announced, Warren Tucker did not stand for re-election as a Director at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 12 May 2020, and stood down from the Board with effect from the conclusion of the meeting.
As required by section 430 (2B) of the Companies Act 2006, it is confirmed that Mr Tucker will receive his pro-rata entitlement to non-executive director fees for the period up to 12 May 2020. Mr Tucker has not and will not receive any payments for loss of office.
