Update in relation 2021 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") voting outcome
At the Company's AGM held on 18 June 2021:
· 75.48% of votes were cast in favour of Resolution 16 "to approve the rule 9 waiver"
In the announcement released following the 2021 AGM the Board explained that it intended to engage with shareholders to understand the reasons behind their voting decisions. Following this engagement your Board understands that, where our shareholders use the services of voting agencies, they may require increased notice of the resolutions being proposed to allow them to confirm their voting intentions with the agencies prior to the issue of their voting recommendations. The Board will ensure this is taken into consideration as part of the shareholder engagement programme ahead of our AGM in 2022.
