Directors Dealings

Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2, the following information falls to be disclosed:

The Company was notified yesterday, 2 December 2013, that a charity of which Anton Bilton, Executive deputy chairman of the Company is trustee, sold 82,300 preference shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Preference Shares") at a price of 153p per share to his wife, Lisa Bilton, and her self invested pension plan. After these transactions, the beneficial interests of Anton Bilton and his immediate family is 28,080,774 Preference Shares.
