Pursuant to Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 3.1.2-A, the following information falls to be disclosed:
The Company was notified yesterday, that on 19 June 2018 the Aurora Europa PCC Limited, a pension of which Anton Bilton, Executive Deputy Chairman is interested, purchased 1,272,021 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 45.5p per share.
Following this transaction, the beneficial interest of Anton Bilton and his immediate family have a beneficial interest in 43,316,301 Ordinary Shares being 6.8861% of the total Ordinary Shares in issue.
