On 17 October 2017, Stephen Coe, Non Executive Director of the Company, purchased 8,000 preference shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Preference Shares") at a price of 137.9p per share. Following this transaction Stephen Coe and his immediate family have a beneficial interest in 72,919 Preference Shares being 0.0736% of the total Preference Shares in issue.
