Update on funding and suspension of shares from trading 

The Company announces that the requisition of a General Meeting to (inter alia) replace the board has created an increased uncertainty in the marketplace over the ability of the Company to raise the funds the board believes are required. The board is in the process of finalizing arrangements in a number of projects which it believes will be in the interest of the Company and which would be announced once the related agreements have been concluded. The board's plans for funding are contingent on the conclusion of these negotiations. The request for a General Meeting has created uncertainty as to whether these negotiations will be successfully concluded and, if even if they are, uncertainty as to the timing of their implementation.

At the same time the working capital position of the Company remains very tight and is unlikely to be resolved without additional funding. If no funding can be secured within a reasonable period of time, the directors will have to reconsider the financial viability of the Company. The London Stock exchange has suspended the share from trading until clarification of the financial position of the Company.

This uncertainty as to the board will be alleviated either upon the withdrawal of the requisition or upon the publication of a notice of General Meeting. This is expected to be no later than Wednesday September 11 2013.
